What can be returned?

We accept returns for defective products only

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original, unopened, and
undamaged packaging.

All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

What can't be returned?

Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be
refunded.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased on sale
or gift cards.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene concerns, some items
may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product page for

How to initiate a return:

Log in to your Carnivalgift account and
request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Briefly describe the reason for your return.

Once approved, you will receive a return shipping
label via email.

Return shipping costs:

You are responsible for covering the return shipping
costs.

A restocking fee of 10% to 25% of the order value may
apply (minimum $10 USD).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will
issue a full refund (minus restocking fee, if applicable) to your original
payment method within 1 business day.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may
take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired product. We Accept exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
